Stress Relievers

According to About.com, these are some stress relievers that should be given a try.

1) Journaling
2) Yoga
3) Breathing
4) Plant a garden (yet it's snowing outside, so maybe you should try one of the other
ones.)
5) Light a candle.
6) Drink green tea
7) Take a walk
8) Listen to music
9) Reduce caffeine intake
10) Laugh. (my personal favorite.)
